I’ve found that addiction is a very strong word to share with people.
And I still think that we are all addicted to something.
If your body contracts when you hear the word addiction, I encourage you to explore what that is all about.
Addiction doesn’t have to be just to alcohol or food, it can be to work or even exercise. Yes, exercise. The “high” that working out can give you promotes an addictive behavior that sometimes is hard to stop. Even more, it is not helping you get the results you’d like but worst: being contra-productive to those results you are expecting.
