Close your eyes and imagine yourself at a time in your life when you were the happiest and most excited about life: when you had your first child, your wedding day, graduation, performance, sports accomplishment…
Breathe deep and even change your body position to feel more of those feelings of excitement and exhilaration you had at those times.
You are probably already smiling.
Now think about one outcome you would like to accomplish this year in regards to improving your health and wellness.
Bring back those feelings of excitement and exhilaration and connect them with your desired outcome.
Your body doesn’t really know the difference between it actually happening or your mind just creating it.
Enjoy it and every time it feels that your desired outcome is just not happening, close your eyes and do this practice again until you master it and experience the good-feeling hormones coming through.
