Do you know what your sabotages are?

Last weekend I had the pleasure to facilitate a webinar focused on re-setting your body and mind after the Holidays and starting the first steps to a health and wellness plan for the new year and beyond.

All participants shared their experiences and desires for the year and we focused on planning the first steps to create our personal health and wellness plan, as well as also sharing our struggles.

At the end of the webinar I asked everyone: “what is the one thing, the one big sabotage that stops you from staying fully committed to your desires?” This video can help you explore what that sabotage is for you.
