Have you pushed yourself too hard through exercise knowing that it might not be the best thing for your body?
We’ve all been there and hate suffering the negative results afterwards.
I have struggled with those same issues myself and have found a way to master them after trial and error and personal practice.
I have been helping clients with these issues during my career for almost 20 years as a trainer and health coach and today I’m announcing something very exciting for those of you that want to become very strong, without pulling muscles, feeling drained, exhausted, or empty of the fun desire to exercise.

By learning the power of deep breathing, rhythmic stretch and balancing postures to strengthen the body, mind and spirit, you’ll gain focus, concentration and peace of mind from a revived sense of energy and vitality.

Qigong (chee-GONG) translates literally to working with your vital energy. Our culture doesn’t recognize the concept of vital energy, so we can’t take advantage of it. We’ve been separated from the very power that sustains us.
Qigong teaches us how to be our healthiest, most vibrant self—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—by working with our extraordinary connection with nature.
You are an energy being. You have a healer within. Qigong teaches you how to reconnect with this inner healer to be your best. When you have health challenges on any level mentioned above, it means you are out of balance energetically. Qigong restores your body to balance so it can heal itself, maintain health, and ultimately reach peak potential. It’s the most powerful holistic healing method known to humankind.
Join Jan for this introduction to Qigong to learn how to reclaim your best health and activate your inner healer. Qigong heals, uplifts, and propels you toward your best health.
