Julia, one of our Mindful Online Workouts expert trainers, will focus on reviving the areas that need it and taking the burden off the areas that are working too hard. 

Julia’s passion is pain relief.  She’s worked as a massage therapist providing efficient, pain specific, results-oriented massage.  Due to a variety of personal injuries, she understands what it’s like to be on the other side.  With the help of massage, exercise, meditation and other wellness practices, her pain is managed and function restored, and she enjoys leading an active life.  These experiences inspired her to pursue a healing profession to assist others.

She will focus on getting muscles to work in the correct direction, at the proper length, with the correct amount of force = Better Function and Increased Stability, which help lessen the chance of injury.
