Elena is a certified Personal Trainer, a certified Health Coach and a Dental Surgeon (DDS) who spent more than 20 years advocating good health to others. Her authentic lifestyle is all about aligning what she does with who she is. Elena’s intuition, supported and enhanced by years of education, will help you to separate myth and false ideas from reality on the critical topics of nutrition and exercise. Because she feels an ethical obligation to help clients achieve results, she is the natural guide in your journey of creating a healthy lifestyle.

Pilates & Mindful Online Workout Teacher

Cassie Nevitt is a classically trained Pilates instructor with 13 years of experience teaching private lessons and group classes. She was certified in 2007 in the rigorous training program developed by Joseph Pilates’ renowned protégé, Romana Kryzanowska. She completed her apprenticeship and certification at True Pilates New York (formerly Drago’s) under the direction of Romana’s daughter, Sari Mejia-Santo, and has extensive experience learning from world-class instructors across the U.S. and around the world. 

Yogi and Life Energy Coach

Hatha Yoga 1995-present and Life Energy Coach.  teaches personal development and transformation through yoga, space clearing, and meditation. Her specialty is helping others find peace and awareness in their everyday lives utilizing healing arts and mind, body, home alignment. Valerie is a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, positive psychology practitioner, author, speaker and online mentor, helping people all over the world create a positive place to grow.

Mindful Online Workout Trainer

Julia’s passion is pain relief. She has worked as a massage therapist providing efficient, pain specific, results-oriented massage. Due to a variety of personal injuries, she understands what it is like to be on the other side. With the help of massage, exercise, meditation and other wellness practices, her pain is managed, function restored, and she enjoys leading an active life. These experiences inspired her to pursue a healing profession to assist others.

Kasia is a New York-based dancer and choreographer. Kasia has been dancing since her formative years and has been choreographing theatrical productions, pre-professional dance competition pieces, and movement concepts for more than 10 years. She has produced more than 30 theatrical productions with her theater company, Our Fabulous Variety Show, on Long Island and also teaches theatre in NYC and Long Island. Dance is one of her favorite ways to move her body and she can’t wait to sweat it out with you!

Jan studies Qigong with International Qigong Grandmaster Chunyi Lin, founder of Spring Forest Qigong. As a result of experiencing the power and holistic health benefits of Qigong in her own life, she now offers these benefits to others through these classes and through individual Qigong healing sessions.
