Let go and immerse yourself into the body of the loving earth to enjoy a rejuvenating and invigorated experience as you flow through your senses. Explore your child-like movements by letting the body go to experience freedom of movement of the original spine, like grounded animals such as turtles to playful beings like dolphins.

Nutrition

Enjoy transformative healing through clean eating. We will be making a simple but nutritious meal packed with all the good things your body deserves. Get ready to prepare the tastiest arugula salad you have ever had with bread, poached eggs, and avocado.

Meditation

Taking time for yourself to relax while you also unplug through meditation. With pillows, blankets, candles we will teach you how easy it can be to find your inner peace. Have a journal hand for after the practice to write down all your experiences for next time.
