Moonlight Farm Retreat With Ana Nieto & Christine Howard

Come experience the richness and beauty of nature and connection, with our in-person farm retreat. Get ready to experience the wonders of heart opening, guided meditation, connection with like minded individuals all while you immerse into a beautiful scenic location. 

During this retreat we will be sharing manifesting tools and practices (led by Christine) with Christine’s mindset and brilliant expertise. By the way, she is an incredible teacher!

In combination with AFP, (Art of Feminine presence) energetic practices, you will learn how to become more present and magnetic, and learn how you can attract anything you want and desire for your life.

IN THIS ONE-DAY RETREAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

Heart Opening

Receiving messages from the spirit by quieting your mind, finding peace in nature, connecting to your inner self, and clarifying your desires.

Movement Meditation

Energizing guided meditation in movement to deeply connect with your body, instantly relax and create a sustained sense of calm. Learn a new technique.

Connection

Creating a deeper sense of connection and community with others who are walking a similar path of reconnection with nature and self.

Nature Immersion

Immersing into nature as you engage and explore the earth’s natural resources while surrounding yourself with the beauty of the area, savoring its fruits.

Enhance Spirit

Enhancing your spiritual awareness as the day will end with a dance in movement mediation and AFP (Art of Feminine presence) practices.

SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:

Arrival
to Farm

9:00 - 10:00 AM PST

Come early and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea before the day’s activities start.

Opening & Mastermind

10:30 AM - 12:00 PM PST

Once we arrive and get settled in, we will open with Christine for our first activity.

Group
Lunch

12:00 - 2:00 PM PST

Lunch as a group, which will be provided. 

Movement meditation & AFP practice

2:00 - 3:30 PM PST

Ana will lead you through a  Movement Meditation, followed with her AFP practices. 

Relaxation &
Fun Time

4:00 PM- 6:00 PM PST

Time to relax, connect, and enjoy immersing with the group in the beautiful scenery. 
Enjoy the pool, sauna or lying down on the biomat.

Time to head back home after a fantastic day!
