What is your fitness story?

When I first started practicing the method of training I teach (more than 20 years ago now!), I was training 30 minutes once a week.

After 3 months I discovered that I had dropped one size without making any changes to my diet.

After a very intense workout, I almost quit but I figured it was worth continuing given the amazing results I was getting with the small time investment.

Apart from the amazing change of tone in my body I experienced after only 3 months of one 30-minute workout per week, my posture improved dramatically.

I used to slouch as a little girl given that I was one of the tallest girls among my peers in my country of origin, Spain. I was bullied for this so I tried to hide my body, or at least look smaller, by slouching.

Once I started training, it gave me this sense of power and confidence I had never experienced before.

I felt just like Wonder Woman, no one was ever going to bully me again!

And last but not least, for the first time, I beat my dad at tennis.

He didn’t like it, but I did 😉
