Elena is a certified Personal Trainer, a certified Health Coach and a Dental Surgeon (DDS) who spent more than 20 years advocating good health to others. Her authentic lifestyle is all about aligning what she does with who she is. Elena’s intuition, supported and enhanced by years of education, will help you to separate myth and false ideas from reality on the critical topics of nutrition and exercise. Because she feels an ethical obligation to help clients achieve results, she is the natural guide in your journey of creating a healthy lifestyle.
Lyn is passionate about staying fit as we age, not just physically, but mentally as well! She is a certified trainer as well as a certified personal coach/mentor. Being in the military for over 20 years, she learned more than ever the value of physical fitness and what our bodies are capable of. Lyn was diagnosed with osteoarthritis several years ago, and rather than think her active life was over, she made it her mission to live pain free and building muscle to strengthen and support the joints and still remain physically active doing outdoor activities she loved. Her passion is now to help others realize they may be able to continue to travel, hike, walk, and stay fit to enjoy many activities like she otherwise would have missed.
Shir is a dancer, choreographer, and certified movement coach with over a decade of experience helping people improve posture, release chronic tension, and reconnect with their bodies. After a personal injury shifted her approach to movement, Shir began integrating posture therapy, core stability, and somatic practices to support long-term healing and strength. Her sessions blend alignment work, breath, and gentle body awareness to help each person move with greater ease and confidence.
