Meet Shir Eyal

Shir is a dancer, choreographer, and certified movement coach with over a decade of experience helping people improve posture, release chronic tension, and reconnect with their bodies. After a personal injury shifted her approach to movement, Shir began integrating posture therapy, core stability, and somatic practices to support long-term healing and strength. Her sessions blend alignment work, breath, and gentle body awareness to help each person move with greater ease and confidence.
